We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. We recommend measuring your foot from heel to toe and comparing it with our chart to ensure a perfect fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange your footwear within 15 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for regional locations across the country.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
Are Walkaroo products covered by a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 90-day manufacturing warranty on all our footwear. This covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal usage conditions.
