At Walkaroo Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Handover to Courier
Download your prepaid shipping label and drop the package at a local collection point or wait for our scheduled doorstep pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
